Bio
Courtney Miles graduated with an M.Ed. from the University of Florida in 2018. Soon after graduation, she also received her TESOL certificate from Columbia University. She has taught ESL in many different environments both locally and internationally, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, New York City, Guatemala, and Uganda. Courtney loves that the classroom allows space for students to broaden their perspectives and respect for others through sharing, listening, and collaborating. Outside of teaching, she enjoys writing, being outdoors, and learning new things from people.
